Each sheet mask is crafted with targeted active ingredients to address your skin's changing needs during different cycle phases - from soothing botanicals to natural exfoliants.

Period Care: Before and after changing any products, always wash your hands. For pads, remove the outer wrap, unfold the pad, remove the paper strips, and pull out the wings. For liners, simply remove the outer wrap and backing strip. Place the adhesive side of either product onto the inside of your underwear. Remember to change products regularly and use lower absorbencies on lighter days of your period.

Super Soother: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. For best results, take consistently throughout your cycle.

Sheet Masks: Apply masks according to your cycle phase or whenever you need a boost:

Apply to clean, dry skin for 15 minutes. After removal, gently massage in any remaining product. If excess remains, wipe away with a damp cloth. For exfoliating mask, always follow with SPF if used during the day.
