Getting The Most From Your Yoppie Account

Welcome to the Yoppie club! If you’ve just signed up for a subscription (or you’re thinking of doing just that) you may be wondering how it all works. Here’s all the info on how to manage your delivery for ultimate peace of mind, and how to easily add our other products to support your menstrual wellness, from our game-changing, nutritionist-approved PMS supplements, to face masks that take care of your skin through every phase of your cycle. Enjoy convenience and flexibility

We’ve designed Yoppie to empower you to be 100% in control of your subscription; when it arrives, what’s in your box, when you need a break, it’s all adjustable at the click of a button. Your box fits the average letterbox, so you won’t need to lift a finger, and even if you have a heavy flow or need a bit of extra TLC one month, you won’t pay additional postage if your order is split between two boxes. 

All you need to do is click ‘Get started’, answer some Qs about your cycle, we’ll recommend, you adjust to suit, and hey presto! Personalised period care, straight to your door.

Go with the flow 

“But wait!” we hear you say, “what if I just want to try it once?” No problem. We make it super easy to order just one box to try it out before you commit to regular deliveries. Before you check out, you’ll be asked to select ‘just once’ or to sign up for a delivery every 3, 4 or 5 weeks depending on your cycle. 

If you select ‘just once’, you can switch to regular deliveries any time, and if you end up with a surplus of period products (not the worst thing, let’s be honest!) you can easily pause your subscription or change the date of delivery. We’ll even send you an email 5 days before shipping, to give you one last chance to make changes (or add a face mask or two!)

You’ll have your very own Yoppie dashboard where you can track your boxes, manage credits earned, and personalise the menstrual health info on your feed - it’s what we imagine your vagina’s social media account looks like! We’ve created a database of menstrual health education that we’re always adding to, and you can personalise to your interests, health, age, lifestyle, and more, giving you the knowledge to take control of your menstrual health.
