More Than The Bleed: We're Expanding To Full Menstrual Cycle Care

If you have a menstrual cycle, you’re in the right place. We’ve been on a mission to grow our offering so it caters for all types of periods and PMS symptoms, from the light and moderate to the heavy and intense. After talking non-stop about the menstrual cycle for the last five years since we launched, we understand that each month your cycle needs a whole lot more than just a tampon. They may plug up the problem, so to speak, but we’re not done looking for ways to make your menstrual cycle more manageable and, dare we say it, enjoyable.

The beginning 

Yoppie started with a mission to provide more options for healthier period care products, and a convenient way to buy them. After speaking to many people about their thoughts on managing their menstrual cycle each month, the results were in - it’s exhausting! 

So we launched with our first product; 100% organic cotton tampons delivered straight to your letterbox so you never have to worry about running out or compromising with low-quality products. Bish, bash, bloody bosh, right? Well, not quite. 

A one-stop-shop for periods

After expanding the range to include liners and pads, we knew that menstrual care is about much more than just the bleed. After all, we’re all blessed with a whole range of PMS symptoms that come with it each month, and we felt there wasn’t a place you could go for support with all of those symptoms. A one-stop-shop, if you will. 

So we added Full Stop to our repertoire of period offerings. Our dedicated, jargon-free, science-backed blog (this one right here!) covers everything from PMS to period sex, and it’s succeeding in helping people better understand their bodies. To make the conversation a two-way street, we launched our Full Stop FB support group soon after, where users can chat, share stories and ask questions about health.
